Ans. Unfortunately, these are not options at the moment. We can only print on white chocolate.

Q 6. Which colors work best?

Ans. Strong, vibrant colors work very well. Pale, pastel colors do not tend to work so well. If in doubt send us the image, we are happy to make samples before you commit.

Q 7. What is the best way to store chocolates?

Ans. Chocolates should be stored in a dry and hygienic place in temperatures less than 25 degrees Celsius. In winter they can be safely kept indoors. During summer it is better to keep them in an air-conditioned room. They do not require refrigeration. Refrigeration may sometimes cause problems. It is advisable to avoid direct sunlight in all seasons.

Q 8. What is your average lead time?

Ans. 7 – 10 Working days for most orders. Very large orders (above 2000 boxes) will require longer.

Q 9. How are the chocolates packed?

Ans. The chocolate boxes are packed properly in insulated thermocol box. During summers or high temperatures, we add cooling gel packs in the box.

Q 10. What ingredients do you use in your dark chocolate?
We use only high-quality, minimally processed ingredients—primarily cacao, organic cane sugar (or sweeteners like coconut sugar), and natural infusions like sea salt or spices. All of our products are free from artificial flavors, preservatives, and emulsifiers.
